Student Leadership
icSRC Conference feedback- 26th April 2012
On Thursday the 26th of April, the Year 10 sub school leaders, Lachie Gray, Jake Tilton, Caitlyn Willmott and I, spent the day with leaders from other schools in and around Melbourne. It was run by the Vic SRC which is an SRC that represents the whole State. The day consisted of activities to build self-confidence, to learn how to write great speeches and ways to be a better leader.
We were lucky enough to be given the chance to listen to a speech written by a motivational speaker named George. His speech was about breaking free from your fears and trying new things. The day was enjoyable and everyone involved went home inspired and ready to make positive changes in their communities.
