Overview

Units of Competency are incorporated into the Year 12 VCAL program. VET in schools multiplies opportunities for students.  They enable students to complete a nationally recognised vocational qualification as well as contribute towards their VCE or VCAL Certificate. Classroom learning is combined with structured hands-on training and practice in industry. The aims of this program are to provide access to a range of potential career paths within the world of commerce and provide training & skills development for the achievement of competence in the business sector in areas such as front office management. The certificate II in Business provides students with an entry point into business and the commerce world. The students will gain a recognised accreditation and insight to assist them in making a more informed choice of vocation or career pathways.
