Overview
This program is designed to reflect the job role of entry level employees working across the entire financial services industry.
This course is to introduce various roles across key areas of the financial services industry. Students will learn about responding to client needs, maintaining financial records, processing records and performingclerical duties. The course will provide skills, and an understanding of the wide variety of positions in the financial services industry.

FNS30111 Certificate III in Financial Services
Structured Workplace Learning
Structured Workplace Learning (SWL) in not mandated in this program, though the VCAA strongly recommend all VET students undertake some work placement.
SWL is important as it:
- Enhancement of skills
- Practical application of industry knowledge
- Increased employment opportunities
