Visual Communications

Visual Communications or graphics is a means of communicating ideas, information, design and art pieces. Students will learn freehand drawing and rendering skills; how to design for an audience using the design elements and principles as well as the design process; and drawing technical drawings using instrumental drawing. Students will also develop skills in Information Technologies through the use of photography, scanners and digital manipulating programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
